At the same time, I had an issue with the LED cable in the Phanteks kit for the NV9 case. Here, too, the support was impeccable: they replaced both the cable and a fan without any complications. Today, a little less than a month later, they returned from the RMA and I can cosmetically restore my top-of-the-line rig :)

Efficient, competent, and helpful customer service. They're a true reference for me.
